If you go back even a few decades in-time, you’ll find the majority of people strongly opposed the idea of alien life. Flash to today, where things seem to have done a 180. Believing in the sheer possibility of intelligent alien life existing elsewhere in the universe is a belief held by the majority now. I think as we begin to learn more of the universe and how we fit into it, people become more susceptible to this belief.
Enough of this rambling. My stance on alien life is that there is not only other life out there. But there is a mass abundance of said life. We have already proven there is such thing as alien life by finding microorganisms frozen within asteroids. Now yes this isn’t something we can physically see without some special tools but it is still a step towards finding a more developed form of life.
When it comes to finding other lifeforms or even alien civilizations, scientists have gone the route of first looking for Earth-like planets that could potentially house life. Which, for those you who don’t know, we have located these type of planets within close proximity to Earth. Now by close I mean within a few-hundred light years. By our terms this is not close at all, but on a galactic scale that is EXTREMELY close. So is it possible these planets house some form of developed life? It’s quite possible. Current technology doesn’t allow us to tell if life is there but within the next ten-years it’s possible we could begin detecting life based on how fast our technology is beginning to progress.
Now looking at these planets is a good route to go for now. In the future though, it would be wise to begin searching in more harsh environments throughout the universe as life has been known to exist in some of the most extremes of conditions. I truly believe it would be wise to search somewhere closer to home as well. By this I mean thoroughly research all of Mars and conduct some form of digging operations. We have already proven Mars once held an abundance of water much like the Earth. What is the number-one element to look for when searching for life? That would be water. Put two-and-two together and it’s pretty obvious we have our answer of where to begin searching for life.
Scientists believe Mars was once closer to the Sun, about the distance Earth is from the Sun. Which would have put Mars in the “habitable zone.” The area considered to be perfect for life to thrive on a planet. As Mars pulled further away from out very own star, for whatever reason, the planet began to die as the temperatures and radiation spun wildly out of control. So I would almost guarantee that if we dug we could find an abundance of fossils preserved below Mars’ surface. Who knows, there are some Scientists who even say it is quite possible for some life forms to still live on Mars. At least, below it’s surface that is.
Here’s a quick update to get those of you up-to-speed who don’t know what my ultimate goal is with both iVidify and Your Social. To begin, let’s jump back to about 1-1/2 years ago. I was fresh out of high school and had just start my Freshman year of college. At this point in time I wasn’t really sure what I wanted from life. The person that I was truly angered me inside. I place high expectations on myself for life and when I began to struggle in college and realized I was just wasting thousands-of-dollars, I began to brake apart. At first I aimed for a degree within Psychology but ultimately that changed to, attempting, a major in Business Administrations. After this past year, my Sophomore year I decided college truly was something that is not for me. I knew what I wanted out of life and a college degree couldn’t supply that. If anything it would set those goals back.
My entire family holds entrepreneurs which I believe when my drive comes from. You see I once attended a speech of some great business owners from around the country. Ever since that day, all their words have resonated with me. One in particular made me realize that I don’t want to hold regrets when im in my 50’s and 60’s. We all have one life to live and why waste it doing something everyone-else expects? I struggled greatly in college, I truly couldn’t handle it. Im glad to say im a college drop-out now though. Why is it that? Because I’ve begun building my own company named Your Social where my ultimate goal is to help companies with Social Media Marketing. Things aren’t going to just stop there though. I have an ultimately bigger goal to accomplish as well.
On the side I love to create/produce YouTube videos for my channel, iVidify. It’s a fun hobby for me where I can work with my addiction, technology. All while interacting with random people from across the globe. Not to mention it can be made into a nice income on the side for me in the future. I want to take things to the next level though. Videos are now a massive part of the internet and I think its imperative that businesses take full-advantage of video. That’s why I want to merge both iVidify and Your social into a Video Marketing company. The goal? To expand the reach of Grand Rapids, Michigan based companies and even companies in the surrounding cities to more customers by giving their business an actual face behind it and a personality.
So why not follow me on my journey? Follow me as I try to advance my businesses with the vlogs I put-up a few times a week?
If we go back 3-4 months, there was a point in time I was quite bitter on YouTube. Specifically towards Ray William Johnson. I had at first created a video exclaiming why I hated Ray William Johnson. But from there it spread to a couple other videos. I then created one about Ray versus Phil DeFranco and another about Ray against Nigahiga.
There are a couple reasons why I did this. The first reason was because of the controversy I knew it would build. I once read a book named “Controversy Creates Cash” by Eric Bischoff, and so I saw an opportunity. Which I took advantage of. YouTube, at that time, reached out to me to begin monetization on my videos. No this is not the partner program. They just allow you to monetize your videos with ads at much lower return rates than partners receive. But with these new ads, I wanted to test how much you could actually earn form one video. That’s where I came up with the idea to create an “I Hate Ray William Johnson” video. I knew it would gain an assortment of views relatively quickly and so I made a sloppy video calling him out. After seeing the views the first video gathered, I decided to milk the thing as much as possible. Which then led to the creation of the other two-videos mentioned in the first paragraph.
Now the second reason is a bit deeper and more personal. You see, I want to build/establish myself on YouTube more than anything. I love everything about creating videos, this is the dream I want fulfilled. I want nothing more than to be a full-time YouTuber. I don’t care how many hours I’ll be working, I just want to make this a reality. So wanting this dream so bad, I saw Ray William Johnson as the number one guy. It all boiled down to jealousy. Which I then resorted to immature tactics.
Now enough of this explanation. An apology isn’t true without actually apologizing right? So to all of Ray William Johnson’s fans and to Ray himself. Im sorry for the videos and things I had said. I realize that on YouTube to be respected and taken seriously, you have to give out respect.
