The Xbox One was recently announced by Microsoft and will face the Playstation 4 by Sony announced just last month which leaves many gamers wondering which console is better? My weight loss journey has recently started but it’s off to a good start. I’ve begun tracking every bit of food I intake, work out regularly (DDP Yoga), and have put myself into the right place mentally to actually win this uphill battle I’m facing against myself. The biggest thing I’ve come to find is that my will power is stronger than ever and I have no problem resisting sweets and eating the foods I know I should eat and not necessarily the ones I always want to eat.

Now as for goals, I ultimately want to reach 180 pounds which means I have 90 pounds to lose and honestly I believe I can pull it off, no problem. Now to achieve that goal, I need to set smaller incremental goals along the way. So in the beginning, I will lose 5 pounds a week over the next month. Now as we all know weight loss slows down after awhile so when that time comes I’ll have to look at my current position and decide on new goals.

During the Boston Marathon two bombs exploded eventually killing three people and injuring over 140 others. Once the FBI figured out who the two suspects were (two brothers) they went on a city-wide manhunt which eventually lead to one brother dying in a gunfight and the other being caught while hiding in a boat the next day. Currently the younger brother, who is still alive, is being treated at a local hospital and is responding to questions through writing. He is unable to speak because he shot himself in the throat like an idiot. I believe this monster deserves life in solitary confinement so he can be tortured mentally for the rest of his days.

This just may be the best parking job ever. Consider: driver Robert Wynn lost control of his car on a steep road Saturday, and when airbags deployed he had no way to see where he was going. When he hit a corner, the Cadillac became airborne.

Amazingly, the car landed soundly on the roof of a neighbor’s house and came to rest against a retaining wall. No one — not Wynn, nor his wife Galina in the passenger seat, nor the 80-year-old resident inside the home — was injured.

When neighbor Paul Harrison heard the crash and saw the car, he grabbed his ladder and helped bring the Wynns down to safety, reports ABC7.

It took a crane to lift the car off the roof, said city spokesman Tom Lorenz to The Huffington Post, and authorities are currently investigating Robert Wynn’s claims that his brakes malfunctioned.

“I consider myself and my husband to be very, very lucky,” said Galina Wynn to ABC7.

This isn’t the first time a California driver has ended up on the roof of a house. In Fresno, a man suspected of driving a stolen car struck a tree stump, launching him onto someone’s home. Like the Wynns, Benjamin Tucker was not injured in the accident, but there was no happy ending for him. Tucker was eventually charged for auto theft, a hit-and-run and fleeing police.

Watch out, Google Maps for Android, it looks like Apple’s iOS Maps may soon be entering the building — when it comes to indoor GPS tracking anyway. The Wall Street Journal’s Digits blog is reporting that Apple has confirmed it purchased WiFiSlam, a startup that specializes in WiFi-assisted indoor-GPS functionality for phone apps. Interestingly, Digits notes that the company was founded by a few ex-Googlers a couple of years back and that one of its investors has included a Google employee. Further, a quick Google search confirms that any WiFiSlam-related apps that may have been on Google Play are all but dead links now.

The word on the street is that Apple handed over $20 million to claim the company, although it wouldn’t confirm any numbers — or a specific reason for the purchase — with the blog. While there’s no actual telling whether this means we’ll see indoor mapping on iOS maps at any point, it’s hard not to imagine it now that Apple’s made the purchase. We’re seeking comment from Apple on our end, and will be sure to let you know what we hear back. For now, check out an old demo of WiFiSlam in action after the break.

Porcha Gross, 21, was arrested because she allegedly had a crack “cookie” in her vagina, the Northwest Florida Daily News reported.

A sheriff’s deputy in Okaloosa County, Fla. pulled over the Evergreen, Ala. resident for allegedly faulty tag lights on March 9. The deputy says he spotted a marijuana blunt on the floor and took Gross into custody.

Female jail employees conducted a cavity search and say they discovered pieces of a crack cocaine “cookie” hidden in Gross’s genitals.

A “cookie” is crack cocaine that has been formed into a round disc, typically around 3 inches across, according to the National Drug Intelligence Center. A “cookie” can usually sell for between $900 and $1,000.

Gross is facing multiple drug charges and her court date is April 9.

She isn’t the first lady to allegedly use her body’s nooks and crannies for illicit purposes.

Earlier this month, police say Florida resident Alexis Clancy was caught with a needle in her anus. Additionally, one of her companions at the time was allegedly hiding cocaine in his prosthetic leg, while another person with him allegedly had morphine and hydromorphone pill stuffed in her bra.

In January, Kentucky woman Jessica Webster was arrested for allegedly burglarizing a home, and when she got to jail, guards asked if she had any contraband. She said no, they claimed to find hypodermic needles in her vagina. They say the woman then stated she needed them because she was a heroin addict.

An estimated 17,616 men went to the emergency room for “trouser zip injuries to the genitals” between 2002 and 2010, according to an article published this week in the Journal of the British Association of Urological Surgeons. Almost all of them had their penises stuck in their zippers, the paper found.

The injury befell both men and boys.

The Atlantic’s Alexis C. Madrigal insists there are other options, like button-fly pants out there for those who wish to avoid this particularly painful and embarrassing emergency.

But, for those who are not especially coordinated, spending 45 minutes trying to button up your crotch in a public restroom is not an especially attractive option.

There is at least some good news contained in the study, which found that “annual zip-related genital injury incidence remained stable over the study period,” so we’re likely not in the midst of a penis-trapped-in-zipper epidemic.

If you or a loved one should ever find themselves afflicted by this injury, Dr. Steven M. Selbst, professor and vice chair of pediatrics at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, offered his medical advice on PediatricNews.com.

“I’ve done this many times. You want to just pour mineral oil all over the patient’s genitalia and the zipper,” Selbst said. “Be generous — that’s the key. This is pretty cheap stuff. Then let the patient sit there for 20 or 30 minutes. Pack him in a room somewhere. When you come back, the foreskin will have simply slipped out of that zipper, although in some cases you may need a cotton swab to help it along a bit.”

A 20-year old male decided to press his genitals (penis & ass) against a glass window in his hotel room, exposing himself to a Wedding reception taking place at the hotel. Police responded by going to the man’s room, but because he was wearing a towel they weren’t able to rightfully identify if it was him or not. Except for his ugly back tattoo which gave him away. He was released from jail after paying a $10,000 bond. He is due to face charges in court.

A man in South Carolina treated one happy couple to a ceremony they will always remember — by exposing himself at their reception.

Guests attending the wedding in the courtyard of the DoubleTree hotel claim that Samuel James Dengel, 20, pressed his completely nude body against the window of his hotel room, revealing his squeezed genitalia and buttocks on the glass, ABC 4 reports.

When police knocked on Dengel’s door, he was wearing only a towel. Unable to match their suspect to his defining feature, they opted for an alternative give-away.

Patch reports:

Guests reportedly identified Dengel by a tattoo across his back that read “Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus,” which is Latin for “By the power of truth, I while living, have conquered the universe.”

Dengel is charged with indecent exposure, The Morning Call reports. He was released from Charleston County Prison on $10,000 cash bail.
