Facebook recently partnered with Skype (owned by Microsoft) to introduce video-chat features to Facebook. The announcement was a feature many have already known and expected. What we all expect next is some sort of partnership between Facebook and Microsoft. It’s even been speculated that Microsoft will buy Facebook for somewhere around a $250 million price-tag.
Verizon recently got rid of their unlimited data plans and to usher in their “new” set of data-caps, they released a new phone, the Droid 3. In all honesty the Droid 3 isn’t all that it was hyped up to be. It boasts a 1Ghz dual-core processor, a 4” qHD screen, an 8MP camera, and a slide-out keyboard. These are features seen on just about every Android phone released this year. Some even come equipped with a 10MP camera. So I wouldn’t say the Droid 3 is big news at all, it’s not really a phone to draw in any new customers to Verizon even.
Space Shuttle Atlantis made it’s final voyage to the International Space Station this morning. It carried four passengers to the space station without any hiccups or flaws. NASA will now be sending United States Astronauts on rides with other countries due to the cut-backs the government forced upon NASA late last year. The goal now is for NASA to save-up funds for a manned flight to Mars within the next decade.

AT&T and Verizon are already confirmed carriers for the iPhone 5. But its speculated that Sprint and T-Mobile customers could possibly get their paws on the phone as well.
