Verizon recently got rid of their unlimited data plans and to usher in their “new” set of data-caps, they released a new phone, the Droid 3. In all honesty the Droid 3 isn’t all that it was hyped up to be. It boasts a 1Ghz dual-core processor, a 4” qHD screen, an 8MP camera, and a slide-out keyboard. These are features seen on just about every Android phone released this year. Some even come equipped with a 10MP camera. So I wouldn’t say the Droid 3 is big news at all, it’s not really a phone to draw in any new customers to Verizon even.
